Chad had it custom made from a local wood designer in Studio City a few years back, and it's a solid and incredibly well made piece. He paid an arm and a leg for it, but since it needs a little love, we are selling it for $50!

"Craftsman" Chair and Ottoman $75

This is handmade craftsman chair and ottoman. We love this chair and have been waiting to re-cover it for a few while now. Chad is finally letting me post it, he's been debating this one. After moving around some furniture, we now don't have room for it! But it's a beautiful piece and would be stunning in a sand color or chocolate brown! It is super comfy too :)

Dark Wood Small Desk or Wall Table $20- SOLD

We have used this for several different things! It has been a desk in the office and it has also been an entry way table. It does have a little wear.... hence the $20 price tag, but still looks good! The drawer does need new magnets to close properly, but if you're using it for a display table the drawer side can face the wall! The color it is, is nice and really neutral for any room, but it could also be really cool painted black or a fun teal or pop color!

ralph lauren upholstered bar stools $75 for pair!

In mint condition. I got these vintage stools and had them re- upholstered for a counter at our last house and just don't have a counter for them now. They are super comfortable and really pretty!

I think the re-upholstery and fabric alone was over $100, not including the cost of the chairs!

We are selling the pair for $75!
